Canyon Year Review 2013 – Part 4

Countdown to Christmas – 24 of the Best Canyon Moments From 2013

In just seven days we bid goodbye to 2013. What a year! For you to enjoy your holidays a little bit more, we present you with Days 21 to 24 of the Canyon Year Review.

Have a great time and enjoy yourselves!

Day 21

Ultimate CF SLX CAPTURED

100th Edition of the Tour de France – 100 years of cycling legends. To pay homage to the great event, we created a special edition of our top model, the Ultimate CF SLX. With a limited run of just 21 examples representing the 21 stages of “La Grande Boucle”, every delivery of an Ultimate CF SLX CAPTURED comes with a photo portfolio by Tino Pohlmann. This collection of images covers the last ten years of the Tour de France from the side of the road, from the perspective of the fans that stand for hours on end to catch a glimpse of their heroes, these people who share our absolute passion for cycling.

Day 22

Endurohelden

Canyon goes Enduro! – This didn’t just apply to our Canyon Factory Enduro Team this year, but to Canyon employees as well! Our Team “Endurohelden” Stefan Klein, Monika Fritzsche, Mario Herbold and Marc Pindra were successful in races both at home in Germany and abroad, just like their colleague Rainer Grüttner. Our resident road racers and triathletes were also at it: Thomas Laschet, Thorsten Müller, Werner Gräfen und Reik Mantay took full advantage of our employee sponsoring scheme throughout 2013.

Day 23

Canyon Pumptrack

At the end of April, every square inch of Canyon.Home in Koblenz was taken over by our Pure Cycling Festival! Thousands of visitors came to check out our latest bikes, take part in workshops and mix it up against our Heroes in various races. One of the best bits for us was the unveiling of our brand-new Canyon Pumptrack. A fantastic weekend had by all – bring on next year!

Day 24

One Family. One Idea. Pure Cycling. Our pros thrive on the day-to-day challenges presented by their sport and so do we. Their passion and our aspiration combined in 2013 to produce many unforgettable moments. No setback, obstacle or crash could stand in our way. In the end, we all came out on top. Bring on 2014! Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas

See you next year!
